Iron Sharpens Iron

Scripture

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

Proverbs 27:17

BSB

Devotion

No one gets strong alone — not physically, not spiritually. Iron doesn't sharpen itself; it needs friction from another blade. God designed community the same way: the right people push you, challenge you, and call out strength you didn't know you had. If you're trying to grow in isolation, you're missing half of God's design for growth. Find your training partners, your accountability, your church family — and let the friction make you sharper.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for the people You've placed around me to sharpen me. Help me not isolate when things get hard, and help me be someone who sharpens others too.

Reflection Question

Who is sharpening you right now, and who are you sharpening?

Foundation

Invite someone to walk, stretch, or move with you today, or text a friend to check in on their goals.
